Frequently Asked Questions

1.     I don’t know my password.  How do I reset?

Go to our Request a Password Page and enter either the email address you created an account with, or your username.

2.     I never got the confirmation email.

Enter your email (or username) on the Request a Password Page. If your account has not yet been activated, another confirmation email will be sent to you.

3.     How do I upload my resume?

Login to the Talent Network, and click “Create/Edit My Professional Profile” on the left menu. Make sure to login at and not

4.     How do I upload additional resumes?

On the Professional Profile form you will have the option to upload up to three (3) resumes. Resumes must be in either Word, PDF, or TXT format. Word documents should be saved as .doc, and not .docx.

5.     What email address should I add to my safe sender’s list so it does not go to SPAM?

E-mails may come from:
- (questions and correspondence)
- (newsletters and useful information)
- (system emails)

6.     I forgot my username.  How do I retrieve it?

Go to our Request a Password Page and enter the email address you created an account with.  Your username will appear in the subject of the email that is sent to you.

The subject line will begin with ”Replacement login information for [your username]“.

7.     How do I register to events, like Career/Connection?

Login to your account. If an event is open for registration, you will see a link to event registration.

8.     Why do I need to create a Profile if I’m uploading my resume?

A profile lets more employers find you. Employers can search, sort, and filter data that you enter – so the more information you input, the more likely it is an employer will find you in a search.
