Our lead product candidate, migalastat, is a personalized medicine in late-stage development to treat individuals with Fabry disease on the basis of their genetic diagnosis. SD-101, a product candidate in late-stage development, is a potential first-to-market therapy for the rare genetic connective tissue disorder Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB). We are leveraging our biologics and Chaperone-Advanced Replacement Therapy (CHART™) platform technologies to develop novel enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) products for Fabry disease, Pompe disease, and other Lysosomal Storage Disorders (LSDs). Our lead biologics program is ATB200/AT2221, a uniquely engineered Pompe disease ERT that will be administered in combination with a pharmacological chaperone.

Job Description:

Provide support to General Counsel and other attorneys as well as the CFO, S.V.P. Finance and other executives as needed
Assist with general functions of Corporate Secretary including maintaining minute books, drafting resolutions for board and shareholder actions, preparations for annual meetings, assisting with incorporations, qualifications to do business and liquidations, and maintaining subsidiary database.
Assist in the creation of legal entities.
Assist in due diligence activities in connection with corporate transactions.
Assist with U.S. Securities Exchange (SEC) EDGAR filings and coordination with financial printer, specifically in connection with the filing of Section 16 forms and current reports on Form 8-K.
Assist in the preparation of monthly/quarterly internal reports as needed.
Assist with tracking of information related to equity award plans and coordinating interactions with Stock Administrator.
Prepare basic legal documents from standard forms (e.g.,: confidentiality agreements and consulting agreements), as needed
Perform legal and other research.
Assist in organization and maintenance of legal files.


Bachelor's degree preferred
Minimum 8 years’ experience as a corporate paralegal, with significant experience in a corporate environment.
Excellent communication and analytical skills, as well as impeccable attention to detail, strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Strong fact-finding and research skills.
Strong command of Microsoft office, specifically MS Word is also necessary.
