Our lead biologics program is ATB200/AT2221, a uniquely engineered Pompe disease ERT that will be administered in combination with a pharmacological chaperone.

Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY
The Executive Administrative Assistant, Legal and Intellectual Property is responsible for providing both support and administrative assistance to the Legal and IP team.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate Calendars for assigned group members as advised through Outlook, including the Amicus Board of Directors
Assist with the preparation, updating and tracking of meetings in Outlook.
Assist with travel reservations for all business meetings and conferences.
Assist with organization and filing of all legal documents as advised.
Create/revise department forms, perform quality checks, assist with presentation materials
Create expense reports, collect receipts, scan / enter into reports, submit for approval
Positively represent the legal department in interactions with the Amicus Board of Directors
Professionally and discreetly handle highly sensitive confidential information

Qualifications: 

REQUIREMENTS
College Degree or equivalent professional degree preferred, but not required
Good communication skills
Strong work ethic
Team player with a positive attitude
Excellent organizational skills
Proficiency with computer particularly MS Office
Capabilities of working with a high volume of documentation to include photocopying, filing, faxing, scanning, and archiving department documentation
Exposure to sensitive information will necessitate a high level of confidentiality, and a considerable use of tact, diplomacy, and quality judgment
Participation in various work assigned meetings as requested
Experience working as an administrative assistant in an environment supporting business critical, sensitive and high volume documents
The ability to be flexible, highly motivated, with strong organization skills and the ability to multi task
Must be able to manage shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines in a fast paced and dynamic environment

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Prior experience supporting a corporate legal function or law firm experience is required
