Our lead biologics program is ATB200/AT2221, a uniquely engineered Pompe disease ERT that will be administered in combination with a pharmacological chaperone.

Financial Analyst

Position Summary

The Finance Analyst will be primarily responsible for supporting the monthly financial close process. In addition, this position will be responsible for preparing financial account statement analyses, support the SEC reporting function and other financial reporting support as needed. This position will report to the Manager, Finance but also work closely with the Financial Planning and Analysis team to support the overall Global Finance objectives. Ideal candidate will be a highly motivated self-starter with an attention to detail and excellent communication skills. Candidate must also have a strong understanding of US GAAP.

Roles and Responsibilities
Compile and analyze financial information to prepare entries for general ledger accounts
Analyze and reconcile US cash and marketable securities
Analyze financial information detailing other liabilities and equity
Month end financial statement compilation, including statement of cash flows
Complete other financial statement analyses as requested
Maintain and document compliance with all Sarbanes Oxley controls over financial reporting
Assist Manager, Finance in preparation of quarterly SEC financial statements
Assist in research of technical reporting issues as required
Assist Manager, Finance in documentation of global processes/policy design, development of procedure manuals and standard operating procedures and compliance with processes/policies

Qualifications: 

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting
1-3 years of general ledger or corporate accounting experience
Previous use of a windows based general ledger software package, Microsoft Dynamics
Strong knowledge of MS Excel and Microsoft Office suite
CPA or in pursuit preferred

Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees
Experience with international consolidations and related currency implications a plus
