We are leveraging our biologics and Chaperone-Advanced Replacement Therapy (CHARTâ„¢) platform technologies to develop novel enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) products for Fabry disease, Pompe disease, and other Lysosomal Storage Disorders (LSDs). Our lead biologics program is ATB200/AT2221, a uniquely engineered Pompe disease ERT that will be administered in combination with a pharmacological chaperone.

Financial Systems Manager

Position Summary

As a member of the Amicus Global Finance Team, the Financial Systems Manager will be responsible for the development, administration, maintenance, governance and overall workflow management of all Financial Systems as they relate to FP&A and support of other Corporate Functions. The Financial Systems Manager will ultimately be responsible for the advancement of Tagetik CPM software and integration of other corporate systems to Tagetik. He/she will utilize project management best practices and collaborate with all corporate departments in order to prioritize workflow as it relates to Global Finance goals and objectives. This person will have a high visibility role within the Global Finance Department with significant growth opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities
Lead Tagetik (CPM) system implementation, development, administration, and governance with guidance from priority workflow
Work with FP&A team-members to develop all Budget/Forecast planning forms, reporting standardization, budget user dashboards, and PowerPoint integration
Collaborate with other corporate stakeholders in order to streamline corporate processes with Tagetik CPM [i.e. Manufacturing, HR (ADP), Commercial Operations (Long-range planning), Marketing (Analytics), Sales (CRM), etc.
Lead Administration and necessary growth and maintenance development of Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains (GP) ERP system
Lead Administration and necessary growth and maintenance development of other financial systems such as Concur and contracts
Manage Financial Systems workflow pipeline through effective project management best practices
Train Global Systems Users on all Financial Systems including creation and maintenance of standard training documents and periodic training presentations
Support quarterly Sarbanes Oxley testing of applications and document changes for internal audit teams as well as the annual external audit process
Manage and/or augment systems implementation/design teams and applicable workflow
Identify and assist FP&A in global processes/policy design, development of procedure manuals, and compliance of processes/policies
Manage Corporate change-control as necessary with future system implementations/re-designs


Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or Computer Science is required, Master's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field strongly preferred
5+ Years of Experience with Financial Systems Administration (ideally Tagetik and Great Plains, but will consider relevant applicable skills)
Must have experience with design and implementation of a global financial system and integration of multiple other business systems to an Corporate Performance Management software system (CPM) – e.g. Tagetik
3+ Years of Experience as a Manager or managing working groups
3+ Management Reporter, preferred
3+ years Excel Report Builder and/or Smartlist Builder, preferred
3+ years Microsoft SQL, preferred
3+ years programming (Java, Python, C++) experience in developing custom applications the fit into overall financial systems design

Experience and Skills
Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), preferable with a Finance background
Accounting and finance process understanding (ideally with finance background) to enable effective support of consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and management reporting
Solid understanding of FX rates and how they impact financial systems design
Team oriented with excellent communication skills
Strong Project Management skills with ability to move projects along quickly and within budget
Experience with global consolidation system integration and new ERP deployment

5-20% (Some International Travel required to UK-based HQ)
