What will I do?
Pfizer Finance provides strategic and operational support to the Global Commercial Pharmaceutical Organization, Worldwide Research & Development, Pfizer Global Supply, Business Development and other Enabling Functions. We partner with each business unit to provide financial analysis and support for their initiatives, while managing the overall financial performance of Pfizer’s businesses.
The Pfizer Finance Undergraduate Rotational Program provides summer internship provides rising senior students the following features:
The opportunity to work on meaningful projects that address key business issues and needs
Develop and strengthen financial analysis skills
Provide one-on-one support from assignment managers focused on your role and experience
Visibility to senior-level management

What could the internship lead to?
The goal of our internship program is to develop and retain the best talent by converting top-performing interns into the two-year finance undergraduate rotational program. The Pfizer Finance undergraduate rotational Program provides recent graduates with real world experience, challenging business assignments and training in both technical and leadership skills.
The two year rotational program provides the following features:
Four, six month rotations in different business functions in the NY/NJ/PA area, as well as one at least one “offsite” rotation (i.e. manufacturing plant, commercial office, R&D facility, etc.)
Targeted assignments to maximize development of key core competencies and exposure to various parts of finance (i.e., FP&A, Audit, plant accounting, project management, corporate functions, etc.)
Fixed assignments allow for peer-to-peer training during rotation transitions.
Formal mentoring structure to aid talent development, coaching, and guidance throughout the program.
Upon completion of the two-year finance undergraduate program, graduates will apply for and take on suitable Pfizer Finance roles.


What do I need?
Rising seniors in the summer of 2018, graduating in 2019.
Majoring in Accounting, Finance, Economics or closely related field. A GPA of 3.25 or higher is required
Strong organizational skills, capacity to quickly identify problems and create solutions
Demonstrated project management skills with a focus on delivering high quality work
Highly effective written, verbal, and presentation skills
A team player who is willing to go above and beyond to meet goals and objectives
Ability to adapt to changing priorities and assignments
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office programs (i.e., Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Work Authorization
