Job Description:

Brand Management•Accountable for the revenues and expenses of assigned brands
•Develops quarterly and annual sales forecasts, managing operating plan budget and expenses and bottom-line profitability to include pricing recommendations to management
•Presents annual business plans to Senior Management
Leadership•Leads cross-functional brand management processes including the development of brand positioning, concept development, targeting, segmentation, market research, and other marketing activities to ensure brand success

Promotional Campaigns and Project Management•Devise and implement promotional projects within budget and timeline
•Initiate tactics and sales materials in line with overall brand objectives
•Ensure creative execution and messaging that is in line with the brand platform
•Develop promotional communications for KOLs, peer-to-peer, speaker training, symposia
•Manage production and fulfillment of promotional projects within timelines
Conventions•Strategically select conventions based on potential ROI
•Design and implements all promotional activities at conventions
Field Force Communication

•Communicate with field, including regarding promotional materials and campaigns

Vendor Management•Act as primary contact for third parties to ensure projects are delivered within specifications
•Select vendors for assigned projects, review proposals and ensure contract negotiation
•Work with Specialist, Brand Marketing for the internal approval and execution of contracts

Brand Budget Management and Reconciliation•Open purchase orders
•Work with Specialist, Brand Marketing for budget tracking and reconciliation process

Legal Medical Regulatory Review of Brand Documents•Work with Specialist, Brand Marketing for the Legal Medical Regulatory review process
•Interact with Legal Medical Regulatory team to resolve open items and reach consensus


•Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related area is preferred
•2+ years of previous experience as Specialist, Brand Marketing or in a pharmaceutical marketing/sales environment, advertising agency and/or medical communications agency
•Excellent project management skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines required.
•Excellent written and verbal communications skills; ability to communicate effectively with all levels of management.
•Strong analytical skills
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
•Ability to travel frequently (20-35%)
