We are leveraging our biologics and Chaperone-Advanced Replacement Therapy (CHARTâ„¢) platform technologies to develop novel enzyme replacement therapy (ERT) products for Fabry disease, Pompe disease, and other Lysosomal Storage Disorders (LSDs). Our lead biologics program is ATB200/AT2221, a uniquely engineered Pompe disease ERT that will be administered in combination with a pharmacological chaperone.

Job Description:

Position Summary

The Contract Administrator, Finance (Contract) is responsible for providing both support and assistance to the Accounts Payable Manager. The position will also be team-based including members from both the Finance and Legal team.

Roles and Responsibilities
Daily monitoring of contract mailbox correspondence and contract requests
Constant communication between Legal, employees, and execs via email, phone, and one on one
Maintain contract spreadsheet data log by recording incoming and outgoing contracts for updated contract status (daily)
Collect email approvals for support documentation to ensure compliance with company and SOX policy is met
Scanning / converting contracts with support documents in PDF file format for uploading onto the finance share drive for audit and retrieval
Validate contracts have been fully executed by both internal and external parties for record retention onto the finance share drive
Route and track monetary contracts via email following our authorization matrix
Send finalized contract to requester for signature approval
Run monthly report of all contracts fully executed
Follow up with employees of any outstanding contracts that have not been returned
Primary administrator in new contract management system (eContracts)
Review contract metadata in eContracts system prior to Legal and Finance routing
Responsible for starting each contract cycle workflow in eContracts (Review, Approve, Sign, Execute) to ensure contract moves along
Ensure contract is fully executed by both parties via docusign or manual signature for archiving
Finalize data import sheet for archiving manually processed contracts
Upload manually executed contracts into eContracts after cutoff
Send monthly reports to department heads of upcoming expiring contracts
Assist with training onboard hires for contract process


High School Diploma
2-4 years contract experience
Good communication skills
Strong work ethic
Team player with a positive attitude
Excellent organizational skills
Exposure to sensitive information will necessitate a high level of confidentiality and a considerable use of tact, diplomacy, and quality judgment.

Experience and Skills
Proficiency with computer particularly Excel
Capabilities of working with a high volume of documentation to include photocopying, filing, scanning, and archiving department documentation
The candidate should have sufficient experience working with a high volume of documents
The ability to be flexible, highly motivated, with very strong organization skills and the ability to multi task quickly
Ability to manage shifting priorities to meet critical deadlines in a very fast paced and dynamic environment
