In this position, you will manage and supervise the operations of the technical team and the technical groups within the project management teams ensuring the development of a competent workforce to meet growth plans as you:

+ Ensure the technical team and the technical groups deliver on commitments in accordance with Central Lab Services’ global project management strategy and SOPs

+ Ensure appropriate resource allocation to successfully implement and execute project plans to achieve agreed upon service levels

+ Coordinate and monitor progress to ensure achievement of Study Setup goals and ensure the seamless integration of services

+ Support a culture of continuous improvement, quality, innovation, and productivity

+ Monitor, track, manage, and ensure resolution of all customer complaints, issues and concerns

+ Effectively manage the departmental budget for assigned region

+ Instill and manage a culture of continuous improvement, quality, and productivity

**This role is based out of our Indianapolis, IN or Geneva Switzerland locations.**

**What we’re looking for**

The qualifications of an ideal candidate include:

+ A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in science or a related field, with at least 3 years of management experience or a combination of education, training, and experience

+ Experience working in the CRO/Pharma industry highly preferred

+ Demonstrated leadership skills with experience in team building, change management, and a proven track record of driving continuous improvement

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others with impact

+ Proven ability to plan, prioritize, and manage in a fast-paced environment with a high degree of initiative

+ Outstanding experience with client satisfaction and problem solving solutions
