Job Description:

Association Associates, Inc., a Hamilton Township, Mercer County based association management firm is recruiting a dynamic individual to work with BioNJ as a Membership Services Coordinator. This individual must have exceptionally strong administrative, scheduling and information processing skills, be member service oriented and capable of executing several tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. The Membership Services Coordinator will support overall membership operations including membership, sponsorship and event processing, meeting scheduling and required interactions with the marketing and accounting functions. Responsibilities also include maintenance of reporting documents, metrics, membership promotional materials and oversight for membership website content. The successful candidate must have exceptionally strong administrative, scheduling and organizational skills, be a resourceful team-oriented self-starter capable of executing several tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications: 

Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum of 3 years of recent similar experience including the preparation, management and reporting of financial metrics
Strong independent contributor; collaborative team member willing to undertake new tasks as needed
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects
Experience with database organization
Adept at anticipating needs and prioritizing work
Strong EXCEL and PowerPoint expertise
Expert written and oral communications skills
